National Museum of the Marine Corps
I did Art Direction at Batwin + Robin for video installations and projection designs throughout the museum. The museum focused on immersive experience exhibits: visitors would be inside a duckboat while watching relevant video with surround sound and shaking effects, an actual bus would play videos of new recruits in the windows, and visitors would step into a living room that sets the feel for what was going on at home during wartime.
I did extensive photo and video research, created storyboard templates and production systems to track changes throughout review cycles for each exhibit, and created original map illustrations and a wallpaper pattern for the ‘homefront’ living room.
